At first when we arrived at hotel I have to move my room due to AC is not cold, and leaking, when moved the aircon is nothing change, head shower almost fall off the ceiling, and not replenish not to mention housekeepng is not cleaning the room as I still saw the bin is dirty.

OYO 90380 Andalus Hotel Syariah

TV not working. Cleanliness need to be improved. Dusty. Dirty water come from the tap. Shower not working because it's leaking. Unfriendly woman staff and no smile and her eyes always suspicious. No say thank you too while we check out.
