The staff was very friendly. Room was perfectly clean. There were more than enough bathroom accessories. Water was warm. Smart TV was there. View was perfect. Undoubtedly, the best hotel in puncak

abt the food, i eat a porridge, before i even don't know abt it so i add salty soy sauce and the topping fried onion, after i taste it ,it so messy, the porridge was salty and u add the soy sauce with onion was salty too 🥲 ,

The only setback is that there is no lift. But the stairs are doable.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a race, it quite close to the event, the staff is very friendly and the food is tasty

Over booked, and cleanness is not as good as the pictures. Can not take shower. No hot water. Could be much more better!

worth to book here... the room was very spacious, very cold without aircon
