We had a good times staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, room is spacious and clean, food taste good even though didn't really have many option on the menu, the view is really awesome. And my kids enjoy the little playground. Thanks for the great experience. 😂

Villa de Rossa

Booked the family room. 1 king bed, 3 single beds. All bed sheets and bedcovers had so much stains and were dirty. The bedroom was dirty, slippery, and dark and used a yellow bulb. The showerhead had no hanger so we must hold it. Confused by the 8-star ratings but it's my bad not seeing the reviews beforehand. But staff was nice and friendly. The ambiance at the front is also quite nice actually. Just the cleanliness and the overall facility needs to be improved so so so much. And also cats keep coming in if I opened the windows.
