Little bit uncomfortable when climate change from summer to raining season, because there will be many insects, since the hotel is green concept

It was good, I came with fam just for rest and we came lready night time and I asked for room that close from the reception cause I got surgery so can't walk well and brought our small kid cause I thought the hotel doesn't have lift, then the reception gave me close rooms that I wanted. The room wasn't prepared well cause I think it was old building and there was little problem in the toilet too, no sandals, garbage only in the toilet, no thermos or phone and the room but they provided dispencer on corridor and just few channels for the TV, but the staffs were very helpful without I asked and our needs they fulfilled. The foods were good maybe need more variety. Recommended to stay cause the staff so helpful.

I booked 3 rooms, good ambiance with natural garden, meal with a lot of variety in low price, my son loves the playing ground so much, 1 of 3 room has problem in bathroom, toilet can not flush away well, another one AC can not work well.

First time, Overall good. Cleanlines in room well-done. Remaining in toilet still watermark in the mirror. My score 9,7/10.

The location was great, just a 15 min drive from the airport and the hotel was located on the side of the main road. The first that I complained was the lack of parking availability when the hotel is full. The second is just how appalling the room was. Mosquitoes inside the room, lack of power sockets (I only got two), the shower didn't work properly, and I only got one pair of slippers which were truly lacking since I rented the room for two. Also, the bed seemed to be in bad condition as well since it felt like I'm using an old bed which didn't feel bouncy at all. Fortunately I didn't try the food there. I stayed at this hotel before and it was incredible. Sadly for the 2nd time here, well, definitely not a good experience. The only thing that was somewhat pleasant was the staff 's hospitality.
