I was booked the room for my parents and my brother's family. They are absolutely happy with everything. Especially since they have kids. The breakfast was incredible they said. I'll consider stay there when I visit solo with my own family.

We booked the expensive room but were placed in main building, despite there being decent rooms with balconies and/or down by the actitivies area! The room was old, considering the hotel, but not eorth the price. The sink was lose and moving, it could've fallen on while doing wudhu or just merely leaning on it. Even the towel rail would've fallrn down with a little pressure, as it was hanging down. We booked it for 2 days, when we arrived the TV signal was there for an hour but just after it went away. We called many times and they kept on mentioned different things like, we'll send an engineer (but no one ever came), their is a problem with the provider and we've told them etc etc but they didn't do anything and kept on making excuses! On the night of then final say it came back! While there we book another room for some relatives and despite being one of the cheaper rooms it was much much better than out. Those are the downsides. The good things are that the activities, play area and pool are very family friendly and the breakfast is nice. As well as the staff who are nice and well mannered.

Overall it's nice place to stay if you have kids since it has a great playground and pool. Just a small let down that I could still tolerate since it's new year's eve. Could really pay attention to overall room cleanliness and maintenance like dust under the bed and bathroom maintenance. In addition, it's nice to be reminded of the check out time, but please do only once when we check in, and second reminder can be done only after check out time is due, not 1 hour before please.

The staff not helpful at all, the shower at bathroom supposed to be change to the new one. The room only has one nightstand. Luckily the breakfast has many choices.
