Wastafel jatuh sendiri, malah penginap disuruh ganti rugi biarpun gantinya gak full tapi itu bukan kesalahan penginap sama AC kurang dingin

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are pretty good at the price offered. The bathroom is clean and the shower works well. It's just that I feel that every morning there is a cleaning maid when cleaning the other rooms, it is quite noisy which is quite disturbing for me who wants to rest. Please management pay attention to this.

The condition of the room is adequate, it's just that the bathroom smells a bit, the sheets are worn out, it's just a suggestion to replace it, everything else is okay.

For a standard room the mattress is very uncomfortable, the mattress wire feels in the body and makes a lot of noise when climbing the bed or turning over in bed. Want to upgrade the room but worry about the same thing, just stay even for a while. For cleanliness it is quite good, the bathroom smells good and the room facilities are quite adequate. Only the mattress needs to be considered for comfort, overall good
