The friendliness and service of all staff is ok, recommended for families, the variety of food is sufficient. Maybe the staff needs to be more cooperative, for example ordering noodles or fried eggs until the queue is long. Ordering early but getting it later, it should be delivered to the table.

My family and I's favorite hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is good, the food is delicious and varied. What we like most is the excellent service.

Got Guest of the day. Free upgrade to executive room. Kind of lucky! And the room is super comfortable.

I stayed 1 night on the third day of Eid al-Fitr at the Luminor Hotel Surabaya. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, especially because the hotel provided liquid hand soap in bottles, so it is more sustainable than solid soap which is usually round. The hotel does not provide hand towels in the guest bedroom. So there are only dark gray bath towels and mat towels. But I decided to use my own personal towel, I didn't use this bath towel, because the impression of the old gray color is worn out. I went down to the breakfast room at 08.30 am. That morning (March 3, 2025) the breakfast area was very crowded, but the hotel was not ready with its service and food supplies. I took some of the photos above to show that a lot of food was out of stock and not re-stocked even though it was not yet 9 am and there were still many customers who had just come to eat, which means the hotel occupancy rate was high. One of the staff in the breakfast area said that they could not operate normally because the hotel employees had not returned from vacation. From the customer's side, of course this is not a pleasant thing even though the hotel may hope that customers understand the hotel's problems that are overwhelmed during the high season. Of course, the holiday moment is a moment that customers want to take advantage of to stay at a hotel with the hope of getting a pleasant experience, but what happened was that they didn't get any food at breakfast, even though the customer had bought a package to stay with breakfast. This condition is quite disappointing.

Truly a hidden gem! Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. One room is narrower than the other 2 rooms. The room is quite spacious, clean, strong water, clean toilet, good layout. There is a dispenser outside the room, free to take drinking water. Breakfast is great, very varied! Starting from national, western, Chinese, to Suroboyo style. A little issue on the last night, there was a car parked in the drop off area in front of the lobby so it was difficult for us who had just arrived from traveling. In addition, the access stairs to the lobby require lifting suitcases because there is no slide. Overall, our short homecoming event in the beloved city of heroes was quite satisfying!

Parking is difficult, so when you check out it can take more than an hour...

Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here, the hotel staff were friendly, the service was fast, even if the room was soundproof, you could still hear people coughing very clearly and the food was not very varied because we stayed for 3 days...

+ Good, Friendly, and very helpful service. + Breakfast menu is very extensive and there is a chef on standby to ask for an omelette to be made directly, the taste of the food is very delicious but only the fruit is not much and varied. + Comfortable bed, provided a kettle because Luminor Save Water and Plastic so you don't have to worry about running out of water in the room because you can refill it in the middle of the hallway (in front of the elevator) a water gallon is provided. + The price is still affordable

Staying at Luminor is no longer in doubt, the room facilities and food are indeed champions, the view is also very good.

Parking is a bit tricky because the area is limited, so you have to be patient while queuing.
