For the location close to Malang Station, Alun-alun and several other places. It's just that the room I got was not in the hotel building but at the end of the hotel intermediary (next to the billiard building) so I couldn't feel the complete facilities. Like my sister couldn't feel the swimming pool because the distance to the building was quite an effort and made me lazy to go there. So my advice is not to book through Traveloka (this is also the advice of the receptionists when I checked in, they said because there was no picture on Traveloka, the room given was not in the hotel building, I don't understand why) it's even cheaper when we book directly at the hotel.

A luxury hotel in its time, but it still exists. Only some interiors may need to be rejuvenated. Because I went to Malang for a vacation, I definitely chose a comfortable room for the next 2 nights. There was a problem with the shower, but the staff and officers responded quickly. The first night, the sheets seemed not to have been changed, there were lots of stains, because I arrived early in the morning and was tired, I just accepted it even though the blanket was the base and asked to be replaced the next day. The food was less varied but it tasted good so it paid off

at first honestly doubted because I read the reviews.. but when I proved it myself it turned out not to be like that.. starting from the safe, spacious parking.. the staff are all friendly, the room is big and safe, thank God.. yes there are some things that need to be repaired but it's natural, it doesn't have too much effect.. the cleanliness of the room is also clean, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels are safe.. there are playground facilities, billiards and swimming pools. for breakfast the menu is not much and the taste is quite good. and get free ice cream / welcome drink.. thank you

in the application it says 4 star hotel, but far from reality. this is like a 2 star hotel. the photos on the application do not match the reality in the hotel. stuffy room, loud AC, dirty bathroom, bad smell.

Quite an interesting hotel with affordable price in the middle of Malang city. It looks like many parts have been renovated. I stayed in a Suite room. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room lighting is a bit dim, I wish there was a main light in the middle of the room to make it look brighter. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, although it looks old but it is still well maintained and clean. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, I have no complaints, it's okay. The location of the hotel is quite strategic. The parking area is quite large. There is a swimming pool too. My impression is quite good and not disappointing, especially considering the relatively cheap room price.

It was really impressive staying here for the first time. When I read the reviews I was quite worried but in terms of experience this hotel is really good. The food is delicious. Easy access to anywhere. The staff is friendly. The room is also quite clean, although some of the furniture is peeling because it is old. but this hotel is really good, will definitely come back if I go to Malang. The cleanliness and security are okay. The hot water is really good. The room AC is cold. It's comfortable, it's just a shame not to take pictures while at the hotel, but I really enjoyed staying in the room 👍🏻

The hotel is quite old, many things need to be renovated. The staff are very unfriendly, never taught to greet guests. The bathroom size for the executive type is very small. The sink is clogged, the bathroom smells. The cleanliness is also lacking.
