This hotel was awesome! The staff is incredible, start from the security, the room division and also the FB team was really helping me! This is a budget hotel with 4 stars hotel services quality! the bathroom is quite unfortunate, dirty and moldy as if it has not been maintained, the room is noisy because there is construction next to it but the sound is only at night around 10 o'clock and above, in the morning it was noisy again like buzzing, this is the second time I have stayed here, the first time in 2023 the hotel is still good now it has reduced a bit, the receptionists and security guards are very good and friendly, it's just that the room units need to be fixed

So far so good, the AC is clean and working well, but I can't watch TV because the remote's battery ran out, so it's a bit quiet, for comfort, the facilities are okay.

But please Maple management, improve the bad front desk ethics towards guests! Some frontdesks have bad attitudes.
They said that guests there pay for the room, not just to sleep there.
Use your ethics properly!
