It was an awesome experience. I made a reservation for their iftar buffet and it was perfect: good offer for affordable price. I also booked for their room and it was perfect. Old-luxury interior and facilities, glass bottled mineral water, branded shampoo and bath gel, and nice view.

Hotel staff is nice. Room are as we expect and same with the picture shown. Breakfast are well served. Location very strategic of you like culinary experience. Overall, it was recommended hotel with reasonable price.

for the friendliness of the staff overall is quite good, only the security needs to be a little friendlier.
the room size is spacious, the bed is also spacious and comfortable, with large windows. everything works well, it's just that the facilities in the room are a bit old.
the location of the hotel is very strategic. in front there is a busway stop, and close to Mangga Besar, where there are many culinary there. it just doesn't seem suitable for family tourism.

hot water for the shower did not come out at all, I have told them to fix it, but when I returned to the room from a day of activities, the hot water still did not come out and there was no feedback to me what the problem was. I do not know whether it has really been checked by the technician or not. I stayed for 2 days, and I took a cold shower.

First time trying a staycation at this hotel, although the room view is a bit scary because of this building.
During my stay, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and varied, it's just a shame the bread didn't have chocolate jam :(

The breakfast menu is not in accordance with the hotel, it is a 5-star hotel, so it is not wrong, the breakfast menu is like a 2-star hotel and the price of the meal is extraordinary... sorry, I ordered 2 fried rice and 1 watermelon, total 396,000. I was surprised, I often stay at star hotels but not like that, the price is very expensive, sorry, breakfast can also be for 1 person, husband and children have to pay
