The hotel is quite quiet and comfortable, the decoration is also nice, just a bit dark in the corridor. Suggestion is the lights are directed at the room numbers so they can be seen clearly.

Order a King size bed, the room is big and there is a long sofa. Cleanliness is good, please maintain it. The only minus is the food menu is less varied.

Overall the bed is good and comfortable. This is what I like about Mercure, the bed is very comfortable for me. But what needs to be noted is that yesterday I got a room with a clogged sink. And the rest is all very good. I have explored Mercure hotels from Jakarta and Surabaya. Everything is very comfortable for me because for me Mercure hotels prioritize comfort.

I was disappointed that the Mercure Manyar Hotel did not provide a parking lot like the photos that looked spacious, so if you want to park your car, you have to park it on the street, the breakfast menu is just ordinary, nothing special, just soto and fried rice. So for the price of 900 thousand that I paid, it was not worth it. I don't want to stay here again.

The parking lot is narrow, after checking in, we were given information that this hotel is more for business trips and not family friendly. The usual breakfast is for 2 people, after checking in, we were given information that the breakfast is for 1 person. The price is quite expensive. There is no swimming pool. The parking lot is small. So it is not a good choice for a family holiday.

The food is less varied, lontong sayur but the lontong is hard like it's not cooked yet. Overall the room is okay, spacious enough, cleanliness is okay and comfortable, req ask for a kimono which has been given before check in 😘
