Want to take a shower, wait half an hour to get hot water, then the water is dirty, so filter the water using children's clothes the water smells the pool is connected to the public pool there is a small food menu

The deluxe room booking was not suitable because it was full, while it was still available on the application. The room was dirty, the air conditioner was stuffy, the bathroom was dirty, there was no hot water, the towels were dirty, it did not meet expectations. Just stay here once, thank you.

The bedroom and bathroom are very big, complete with a minimarket and ATM area, near Indomaret, Padang food stalls, rice stalls and bakeries that open early in the morning (yesterday I didn't have breakfast because check-out was at 6 am to go to the bus pool).

Gak berekspektasi tinggi sih karena keliatan hotel lawas tapi pas nyobain ternyata gak buruk juga kok, overall nyaman, kamar luas meski masih terasa vibes lawasnya. Pegawai juga ramah semua. Ada kolam renang besar, balkon untuk santai. Sip lah mantap.

The room is not maintain well, some of facilities not working properly, wifi is down, can't have good internet environment since I can't use both cellular and wifi (even can't detect wifi around). Very bad experience, but I appreciate the responsibility to fix some facilities.
