It's really hard to check in at this hotel first no one at the lobby so I wait more than one hour, then she show up. The receptionist seem don't like when we use app for booking room then take another hour to wait but still have not solution for stay there, then I choose to leave the hotel with unsatisfied feeling, letter I choose to refund and back 100% plus got half(booking price)voucher from agent.

Very different from the one on display the broken TV, the AC is not cold. does not match in the application very very dissatisfied.

This is a very unprofessional inn, we were given rooms that were not cold with the reason because we ordered through the application. Really the inn is very ugly the rooms also smell so we don't stay here and look for other lodging for our advice to friends, don't stay here if the order is good.

The room does not match the picture. The air conditioner is hot, the sheets are itchy like they have never been washed plus the receptionist is fierce, basically I lost staying there, really disappointed.
