It is recommended for those who will choose this hotel to think again. I booked because it was already night through Traveloka. Arrived at the hotel at 12 midnight. It turned out that the location was in a small alley and like a boarding house with a high gate and a security post. It doesn't look like a hotel in general. When I arrived, the gate was closed, the security post was empty, there was no doorbell. Knocking on the gate, no response. Canceled my stay, had to stay at another hotel. Asked for a refund through Traveloka, rejected by the hotel. Checked the reviews on Google Maps, it turns out there have been many similar cases. Scam hotel.

Worst stay experience. When checking in, they asked for an additional fee of 60 thousand rupiah. This hotel is really extortionist. Not recommended to visit, and the room is also mediocre. This hotel is basically a collaboration with OYO. Suddenly someone claimed to be the owner of the property. Keep saying that the booking code doesn't exist. The customer is forced to show the booking id. Even though I checked in about 6 hours. Should confirm it to the online agent and OYO. Don't curse the customer. Until the proof of the transfer and the email from the online agent I have given you a look. I don't recommend it.

Receptionist nya kurang ramah, saya komplain malah dibalas adu mulut 3.kamar mandi di luar kamar 4.kamar terletak di lantai 4 paling atas dan horor parah. 5.kamar tidak ada atribut oyo sama sekali(katanya atribut oyo belum di kirim haha) 6.AC tidak dingin sama sekali, bahkan AC di bagi untuk ruangan lain, amat gerah dan panas 7. Penerimaan tamu di teras halaman depan sebelah parkiran (terkesan beda sekali front office dengan kenyataanya) 8.waktu cheek out saya buka gerbang sendiri (haha) saya tau ada harga ada fasilitas, tetapi tidak usah menawarkan fasilitas berlebih di kalau kenyataanya berbeda, walaupun harga murah tetapi fasilitas harus sesuai dengan apa yang diiklankan(komplain malah di ajak adu mulut) saya kasih masukan di sini juga sudah ijin dengan front office waktu cheek out, ini benar-benar pengalaman saya yang mengerikan menginap dengan oyo, amat sangat kecewa.
