I booked this hotel last minute for my family, the service is wonderful. Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The most amazing is the breakfast, it got 5/6 type from Chinese, india, indonesia, American and etc. surely going back to stay in this hotel

Good location exactly above Paragon shopping mall. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and homey. Breakfast also perfect. And all staff are very friendly also helpful.

friendly hotel staff, there is direct access to the Paragon mall, the food is varied and delicious, 9 year old children still get free breakfast only the hotel hallway is a bit smelly and not very fragrant

the breakfast restaurant is spacious and has many menus, including some Javanese specialties. the room is clean and spacious too. really like it because it has easy access to the mall, just go down to the lobby and there is a connecting door to the mall. the staff is also friendly and helpful.

Hotel in the city center and right above the Paragon mall. Has direct hotel access to the mall. Car park on the 6th floor and there is direct lift access to the hotel. I stayed in a suite room and there was a bathtub, it was just a shame I got a room without a city view. Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety and could be packed to the room because it was the fasting month, so breakfast was replaced with sahur. The restaurant service was very good and helped offer any food that wanted to be packed to the room for sahur. Thank you

Old but well-maintained hotel, the floor for the smoking room does not smell of cigarettes If the carpet is replaced with a new one, it will be more attractive, but don't increase the price 😄

On the third day of staying in Semarang after going home to Wonogiri, I chose here. The hotel is really nice, the room is spacious, the toilet is clean and there is a bathtub. Direct access to the Paragon mall, just go downstairs. There is no bad food for breakfast. Everything is delicious 😭 Which other delicious thing can you deny.

everything is okay according to 5 star standards, ONLY there is something that ruins the atmosphere: we arrived according to check-in time (14.00), a long journey with the hope of being able to rest immediately. However, the rooms were not all ready. of the 6 rooms we booked, one by one was ready, and even then we had to 'grumble' quite loudly first. the peak was almost 17.00, 2 rooms were still not ready. their reason was because it was high season. come on, you are a 5 star hotel and not operating for a day or two, this should no longer be an excuse. after 'going berserk', they gave us the remaining 2 rooms. how come you have to go berserk first. we went there to be happy, not the other way around. keep in mind: if we were the ones who checked out late, we would definitely be charged/additional costs, however, if the hotel caused the guest to check in late, what is the compensation? nothing. just sorry. please fix it

Very comfortable staying at po hotel. The food is also varied. The room is clean, the staff are friendly. There is access to the Tgal mall next door. The location is very strategic. Suitable for staycation, and vacation or business. It doesn't feel like I only stayed for a day, at least 2 hours

Comfortable atmosphere, very easy access because it is integrated with Paragon Mall and has a direct connecting door to the Mall. So if you want to find anything, it's close and comfortable. It's really in the center of Semarang, close to everywhere, to Lawang Sewu less than 1KM. It's super comfortable to stay here. Thank you PO Hotel

Not a great experience during my stay at po hotel. Long check-in time, only coming in after almost 1.5 hours. TV channels were minimal and there was a disturbance in the TV server according to the engineer. Then the Wi-Fi connection was not stable, regularly requiring a log-in. Thanks.
