I booked this hotel last minute for my family, the service is wonderful. Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The most amazing is the breakfast, it got 5/6 type from Chinese, india, indonesia, American and etc. surely going back to stay in this hotel

Good location exactly above Paragon shopping mall. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and homey. Breakfast also perfect. And all staff are very friendly also helpful.

Visiting with family during Ramadan, sahur is provided starting at 3 am. There are also family members who do not have sahur can also have breakfast at the restaurant.

The room is big, there are many amenities in the room. There are many variations of breakfast here. But because it's high season, it's very crowded. The hotel is in the same building as the mall. So if you go to the mall, you just have to walk down 😀 unfortunately, to park the hotel car, you have to be on the 6th floor and the winding road can make you dizzy

Good, but I thought it had Smart TV, but it didn't. So the room feels boring, because the TV broadcast is still from cable TV, maybe for a five-star hotel it can be upgraded to Smart TV. Other facilities are sufficient because it's a five-star hotel, I think there are still some things that are lacking that could be input, for a delicious breakfast, access to the mall is close and very comfortable, the staff are friendly. The room is soundproof, good for a long staycation in the room, unfortunately the TV facility is only, so you can't Netflix and chill. 🙂

while staying, my mother who is short-sighted accidentally dropped a ceramic cup for drinking, and was asked by the hotel to replace it for 475k, lol.. And I complained because the real price would not be that fantastic. and the front office tried to arrange it again until it was stuck at 350k..
