When staying in the room there were cigarette marks that were not cleaned in the room. The bath also has cigarette marks, the room is dirty.

Worse, from our arrival we wanted to check in there was no one to look after it. The water was off from 8pm, until we got home. If we could get the money back, we would definitely cancel it.

Very dissatisfied, the mattress and sheets made itchy 2 maybe dirty, no glasses, hot water did not light up, had to be called first and then repaired, for a good view of the mountains it made me feel at home, but the hotel was dirty.

1. Room service is too long book 2. Class of lodging with Hatha 1.5 per night is limited to water, is available 3. Lack of cleanliness of rooms, dirty, lots of ants 4. Facilities far from what was expected, photos only just sweeten

I have already booked but Kok hotel no one stay facility there just cant work properly the pool is dirty, no reception, no water, no security guard, no eating place, not great to direcomended to others i already paid but disappointed with the condition of his place so yahh I do not stay choose just move it elsewhere yah itung itung dispose sial lahh
