Their staff is very nice and helpful. My son got sick in midnight and the staff offered me to take my son to the hospital. Facility, the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is okay.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures. Really affordable, spacious, comfy and super clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The only problem I found here was the bathtub trip lever. It didn't work well. Hopefully the next time I visit here, everything will be perfectly fine.

Having connecting room at 5th floor but one of the room, the WIFI connection didn't work properly. But out from it, this hotel is excellent. It is an old Hotel but in a good and high maintenance, so everything still works nice and great! Best!

Kasur besar dan lega (king size), ac dingin, hanya waktu masuk ruangan bau lembab, breakfast standar bintang 3, anak 5-10th ada charge 37.500. Yg disayangkan kolam renang nya hijau dan keruh. Anak2 akhirnya gak jadi deh berenang padahal itu yg ditunggu ktk nginep hotel

This is my second time visiting quest. Seriously, the hospitality is 5stars boutique hotel level. Everyone was so kind, and the check in process was way faster than before. Also if you here, do not hesitate to try the room service. All the food are superb. The lava choco cake! Unforgettable. Will definitely come again. Ps: on the high season maybe they need to add more water dispenser on every floor. And the smart TV wasn't quite smart so if you kind of want to spend your stay with watching TV only, this will be a problem.
