It has a magnificent green and mountain view which is much needed for a city getaway. Weather was just right, sunny but not that hot. Wide park area with many options for activities. The room is pretty standard but the view from balcony is awesome. The pool is very big and nice but you can see a bit of greenish algae. Breakfast was good with many varieties. Overall, it was a great experience with my family. Thank you R Rancamaya

Given 5th floor as my request to have high floor, got an amazing view, love it. It's rarely happen to my experiences staying in hotels, I was able to check in at 12.30pm, awesome! Love the ambience, the fresh air, and the covid protocols is good. Overall experience was scored 4/5. I would give 4.5/5 if only the breakfast menu be more tasteful. It's more like a 3 star hotel menu.. hope it will be improved because I would love to stay in this hotel again.

Location is good, you can see mountain view very clear. Room is spacious, even superior twin type get two queen beds. The different with deluxe type is on the bathtub. Kids playground also complete, bicycle and standard playground are free. Flying fox, atv, feeding animals, riding horse, paintball activities are available with charges.

It was a great stay here, lots of activities for kids. I feel like one night here is not enough. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The staff service is very friendly and helpful. It is really suitable for a staycation with family. Request greeting wedding anniversary, easy access via JKT - CIAWI TOLL. Will stay here again sometime. Thank you for your hospitality.

wow, first time staying at R Rancamaya Hotel... very nice, beautiful, and the view from the room is really nice, Mount Salak...
long swimming pool for adults and the child pool is also good, the kids are happy.... there is an outdoor and indoor playground so the kids don't have tantrums during their stay... basically the best...

The facilities in the hotel area are very satisfying so you won't get bored, the food is okay, only the service in the restaurant is still very lacking, because during breakfast there were many dirty plates on the dining table that weren't picked up.

The swimming pool is not clean. The public facility and outside park need to be maintained regulary. Maybe the rabbit need regulary to be placed in open grass and not to be kept in cage for entire day.

Overall it was good but for CO time the hotel was “strict” it had to be at 12 noon, I only had CI at 2.30pm and I didn’t have a problem (CI time was at 2pm)… then when booking the tennis court I had already booked in the afternoon but the next day my name was not listed…

The connecting room is not really soundproof. You can hear the next room setting up alarm from his cellphone on 03.00 AM and no one woke up, it keeps ringing for about an hour or so. The front desk who received our complain, rang the deskphone on that room and no one answer. And thats about the effort the hotel can support, we literally had to knock the door of the next room by ourself to wake them up. Takes about 30 mins until one of them woke up, until the problem resolved by ourself, none of the hotel staff showed up.

R Hotel Rancamaya is very comfortable for families, especially those with small children. There is a mini zoo, a field that can be used to play football. The breakfast is also varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious and the twin beds are the biggest compared to the hotels I have ever been to. I will stay here again if I want a staycation.
