They didn't clean up throughly the room, the room still has trash and pants from the guest before.

If you have other choice, please don't stay here. Staff is undertrained, work v slow, receipt bill printing for cafe is error, toilet have cocroach medium size, on bed side have tiny cocroach. Door handle stuck, rusty. Towel is ugly dirty and very thin like already used for 10years, don't have hairdryer, they said broken so cannot borrow hairdryer. Bed is so broken, you can feel the spiral under the sheets.

Sebenarnya sudah bagus, hanya saja mungkin kebersihan bisa diperhatikan lagi, ga ada room service untuk bersihkan kamar di pagi hari, hanya menambah air putih saja. Lift hanya satu yg dapat digunakan. Wifi ada tapi tidak bisa atau sulit terhubung. Kebetulan saat menginap ada hujan, air masuk dari jendela yang tidak rapat sehingga kamar menjadi basah. Mungkin ini bisa menjadi masukan bagi pihak hotel.
