Nice place for staycation. Suitable for wide range audience. The room's comfortable, simple but it's just right. Facilities match the description and mostly work as intended. For deluxe room, I think a bigger wardrobe will be a great addition and a toiletries shelf in the shower will make things easier. Overall I enjoy the stay, and the service is good.

I was stayed here because I had to attend concert on ICE BSD. I satisfied with the service and the staffs so friendly. my room was on 28th floor. it was good, has a balcony though you can not opened it. it was locked. the view was amazing. the location was near ice, aeon mall and teraskota.. only take about 15-20 minutes with online taxi... wifi was good, there is alfamart next door.

Ramada by Windham we choose it oN last minute since there is A sudden changes on our plan. We never expect for more but it ends beyond our expectations. The service from the front lobby until we get into our room, the breakfast, the room, during our stay until we checked out everything so smooth. We are in business trip so the location it 's good and it 's accessible. The room is comfortable, neat and clean. Thanks for having us.

The room was very comfortable with an iconic view of the city. It was also very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. I had a wonderful stay.

I am giving my 10 thumbs to Ridwan-receptionist for his warm and helpful assistance during my stay. Maybe for some people its just a simple thing but the way he recognize my name and greet me at first place but it certainly make me feel like I am staying not in a hotel but my own home. Keep it up Ridwan, see you soon!
