Nice place for staycation. Suitable for wide range audience. The room's comfortable, simple but it's just right. Facilities match the description and mostly work as intended. For deluxe room, I think a bigger wardrobe will be a great addition and a toiletries shelf in the shower will make things easier. Overall I enjoy the stay, and the service is good.

I was stayed here because I had to attend concert on ICE BSD. I satisfied with the service and the staffs so friendly. my room was on 28th floor. it was good, has a balcony though you can not opened it. it was locked. the view was amazing. the location was near ice, aeon mall and teraskota.. only take about 15-20 minutes with online taxi... wifi was good, there is alfamart next door.

All staffs are very friendly, I booked 4 rooms for my wedding + 1 free room because there was a problem for extrabed, so the problem solving by ramada hotel was very efficient. Thank you Ramada. Will definitely stay here again especially in junior suite, the view is very nice at night

I recently stayed at ramada hotel and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The bathroom was also well-maintained with hot water available. Fast service during check in, early check in at 13.00. Large swimming pool, complete with kids corner and fitness center facilities next to it, making it easy to supervise children while swimming and vice versa. Friendly and agile hotel staff in helping us with our problems when the room tap card was problematic and requesting prayer equipment.
