I actually have no problem with the hotel, the room is spacious, the bathroom is not cramped, but it is a bit dirty
There is only 1 towel per room, and there is no AC remote, it has to be turned off via the MCB
The hotel is actually good, there are only a few things that need to be fixed, I am sure the hotel will be crowded

The room is not suitable, dirty, just came in 1 hour and left again. I really didn't expect to bring my child to stay in a place like this. In the end, I didn't stay. I ordered a spacious hotel room but in fact I was given a villa with 3 dark and dim rooms. 1 TV for 3 rooms. Oh no. I asked for a refund via Travelloka, they said it wasn't possible. It's up to you, the important thing is not to stay in a place like this.

The hotel is very very bad, dirty, the cupboards are all broken, the toilet water is dead, the toilet is sitting but you are told to flush it with a dipper, there is no bathroom mat, only one towel is given, there is no TV remote, there is no AC remote. When asked, all the rooms are like that.

Don't book this hotel through the app. Please come in person because the photos don't match. You were transferred to a villa-like room but it was very dusty and dirty. You can combine it with other people in one house. Please come in person and see first before booking. Worst experience. Dirty and very dusty. The staff is also very unfriendly.

The room booked was completely different from what was received, the photos were fake, forced to check out at 10:00 p.m. because someone next to the room was snoring very loudly, when checking out, the staff/employee on duty did not ask the reason for checking out at that hour. Let alone apologizing for the lack of comfort.

Jorok banyak sampah, peralatan mandi rusak (water heater, closet mampet, keran bocor, ac bocor, lantai berkerak), lantai berdebu, seprei kotor ada noda seperti bekas cairan kental lengket, tangga patah, lantai bolong, tidak ramah anak2 dan keluarga, ruangan di sharing, tidak ada kunci kamar, tidak ada wifi, parkir dan kolam renang bayar, tidak recomended.

Honest review. At first I was a bit doubtful, but after getting the villa I was happy. But after that it turned out that the toilet was dirty, the AC had no remote, the TV didn't work, the floor was dirty, blankets weren't given and toiletries too. Banyak hal yang membuat saya kecewa, banyak hal yang tidak sesuai bahkan jauh dari apa yang saya pikirkan. Oh iya dan satu lagi, kondisi hotel dengan foto yang ada di aplikasi berbanding 360 °. Jelas-Jelas saya pesan kamar hotel tapi malah dikasih vila dan saya harus berbagi kamar dengan orang lain. Dan satu lagi. Kamar tidak bisa dikunci dari luar, jadi kebayang kan ketika hendak pergi kemana-mana selalu was-was karena dalam 1 vila dipake dengan orang yang berbeda-beda.

Tau sih ini hotel murah, tapi pelayanan dan fasilitasnya ga banget? Baru datang kesana udah ada drama pindah hotel ke belakang, pas masuk kotor banget belum di bereskan, kamar mandi jorok, toilet gabisa di flush, yang parahnya gayung berlumut? Di minta ganti bilangnya ga ada terus mau dicarikan tapi sampai check out pun belum di berikan. Colokan ga berfungsi juga 😑.
