Good service, unfortunately the AC cools down quickly, according to the rates, also close to the harbor while waiting for the ship to arrive, unfortunately the bathroom cleanliness is lacking, hopefully it will be improved in the future,

Sorry, there are 5 bed bugs (mites) that make me unable to sleep from night until dawn. My legs and thighs are bitten until they are full of bumps. There are lots of mites on the headboard and mattress. Please replace the bed and mattress in room 115. The AC and shower water are great. The worst thing is that I can't sleep all night on the mattress, the noise from outside is very clearly audible. The place to eat is very close, Alfamart and Indomaret are about 200 meters away. Thank you.

Very close to Perak Harbour, the hotel is very secure because it is located in the residential area of the Indonesian Navy.

The room was dusty, the room lights were dim, the bathroom was cramped, the pillowcases looked like they were old.

The smell of cigarettes, the room is dusty, the bathroom is narrow, the AC is useless, it's not cold at all, I've asked to move to a room where the AC is just as cold, even worse the AC is leaking, just found a hotel like this, hopefully it can be repaired, the walls are too just short plywood, noisy.
