Overall it's really good, comfortable but unfortunately the mattress is a bit concave so it's not very comfortable to sleep on, but overall it's great.

The location is really good, close to everywhere, it's really great for families because there's a pool. The current staff are a bit unfriendly. Previously, the staff were very friendly. The AC is not cold enough. Please fix it. Overall, it's okay.

With a cheap price, you can get swimming pool and dispenser facilities on each floor, it's really comfortable, the only downside is the cleanliness of the room which still needs to be improved, otherwise it's top, if I go to Palembang again, I will definitely stay here again.

There is a millipede snake on the bed, the mattress is also dirty and smelly, a bit damp/wet and don't know what's left. No recommendations for the next.

Staff sangat judes dan jutek, banyak cacing dan ular kecil kecil di kamar mandi, water heater tidak berfungsi, kasur banyak kotoran bekas kaki, kasur bau, ac ngga berfungsi dengan baik, tv susah dihidupin, lantai berdebu. Penginapan terburuk yang pernah saya pesan, nyesel!
