first time renting here, the room is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, with a cheap price you can get something comfortable like this, quite close to SM RSCM, the staff are friendly and polite. will be a regular if I go to Jakarta again

The staff service is good and friendly. The room is on the 3rd floor, can be at the end, not bad while exercising climbing stairs. The first impression was shocked to see the room because it did not match the photo, the room lighting was not bright enough, it seemed a bit dark. The bathroom is spacious and clean, the shower is OK, the AC is cold, the mattress is soft, the blanket is thick and soft, but it doesn't smell good. Unfortunately there is no telephone so you have to go down the stairs if you order food.

The hotel is really clean, doesn't smell bad, the toilets are clean, the deluxe rooms are really spacious, you can run around with your little one. Even though the price is really cheap compared to other Oyo's. The receptionist is also friendly, very beautiful. Thank you, sis and bros 🙏 🫰.

Close to RSCM, the staff is nice, the place is comfortable, patients from the hospital are prioritized, but the facilities are not good, the mattress, pillows and blankets smell. The wifi is error, the plug is loose, just entering the room smells. The AC is sometimes cold, sometimes not.

The room smells of cigarettes, looks dark, the walls and ceiling are painted dark grey. To stay on the 4th floor you have to go up the regular stairs. Doesn't match the one in the photo.
