the limited breakfast is not balanced with the price, we also ate at the restaurant when we paid using a debit card when we pressed the PIN, his eyes were watching us unprofessionally, we were really disturbed.

This was our second stay in the hotel. We checked-in only for 1 night because our flight was rescheduled. You have options for the deposit: Money or ID card. I chose to leave the ID card, and got it back upon check out. We got the superior room which was located at the new building so the room was new. The room was way smaller than the deluxe one (obviously). There was no bathtub and no hairdryer in the bathroom (like in the deluxe room), but that's okay, it's still spacious enough to walk around. This room is perfect if you're traveling alone or with a partner for a short period. If you plan to stay longer, I suggest you book the deluxe room. The fridge and the AC worked perfectly well. Wifi still a little slow after 5 PM. You can access the superior room at the new building through the bigger elevator near the restaurant, instead of the small one near the lobby. Staffs were friendly, polite and helpfull as always. Just asked them if you need anything. Don't forget to say 'thank you'!

Stayed in the old building but the room was very well-maintained. Deluxe room with a bathtub, pretty spacious. Unlimited hot water. Wifi a little bit slow after 5 PM, but that's okay. Clean rooftop swimming pool. They provide towels for the pool area, so you won't have to bring any towel from your room. Friendly staffs, great service, the food was tasty and affordable and the hotel is within a walking distance to other restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, and convinience stores. Just dial the ext 1 and the staff will cater to your needs within less than 5 minutes. Really great service. Will definitely book this hotel again.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. I asked for a connecting room and was given one by the hotel. However, because the type of room I booked was deluxe, it was still in the old building. The staff, from security to others, were very helpful and friendly. Next time I go on vacation, I will stay here again

Service is very slow. Arrived at 14.00 according to check-in time but the room was not yet available and was told to wait according to WIB time. And they gave priority to those who came first even though I had also paid directly through the app. The room amenities were also lacking. In the picture, they got a bathrobe, but it turned out they didn't.

This hotel is overall okay.. the service is okay, the staff is very friendly, you can leave your stuff if you arrive earlier than check in time.. because you can't do early check in..
Even when checking out, you can still keep your stuff while waiting for your flight/return time. The hotel location is very close to Kuta beach, beach walk, souvenir centers, both large shops and street vendors. Close to the airport but far if you want to go south.
For food in the area around the hotel, there are still many halal foods.
It's just that maybe for breakfast, the taste is still not right for Javanese tongues, it tends to be bland. For the variety, it's standard for most hotels, coincidentally I got an Indian food menu.

Well priced for what you get. The staff were outstanding, it really felt like nothing was too much ask of these warm & hospitable employees.

Definitely pick one of the renovated room. However, housekeeping did not do a good on cleaning as residue can be seen here and there. The breakfast has the same item daily with just a few main dish changes.
