Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Smooth check-in and check-out. Almost left something in the room but brought down but the staff during room check. One of my favorite places to stay every time friends or family come for holiday in Bali.

It ' s an old place. Nothing fancy. But cheap and easy access. Was good for one night stay out of necessity. Staff are friendly, but the breakfast was not very nice.

It 's an old hotel, I can feel it, but it 's well maintained (their name was Royal Singaraja before they changed it to Royal Regantris). Got a room with"corridor view", it 's in the middle of the building so I was so uncomfortable at first, I requested a room change and they gave me without question, thanks! The location is great, near so many food options and not far from beach. The room was spacious, has locker, fridge, and bathtub, great! The massage was great.

Affordable stay in Kuta with complete facilities. Swimming pool, cafe, bathub, hairdryer, safebox, mini fridge. Room was spacious, as expected from an old 4-star hotel (was Royal Singosari Kuta). It's only 10 mins away to the airport. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful. I left my glasses in the room, and the staff told us immediately during check-out. Thank you! The menu price in the cafe was also reasonable, unlike many hotels that overcharge by a lot. Place is quite old, cleanliness can be improved. My sheets smelled like minyak tawon, as if they didn't change the sheets from the previous guest. Phone had few channels, called every single one, only one channel (the operator) answered. Had a couple massage, nothing special, price was okay, massage room was also quite humid and smelly. The 'old-ness' really doesn't reflect a 4-star hotel quality. For less than 350K/night, I'd come back. But if it ' s more than that, I don't know, might consider somewhere else.
