The hotel is close to the beach, the staff is responsive if there are complaints.... For us, it's okay.

When checking in at 4 pm the room floor was still wet.

In my opinion, this is the only hotel that has access to the sea and is safe for children. It's very good, our family is satisfied staying here.

I like it because the backyard view goes straight to the sea. The swimming pool has a top view. There is a road down from the resort to the beach so you don't have to walk far. Bathroom accessories are poorly maintained, need to be replaced.

The towels are a bit old, need to be replaced. The breakfast dishes should be covered so that flies don't land.

Please maintain the friendly atmosphere and staff, I enjoy staying here because it is clean and safe.

Kapok nginep same resort. AC rusak anak-anak kepanasan dari awal masuk komplain minta ganti kamar ga dikasih. Awal masuk kamar pengap berdebu. Layanan operator nya jutek dan kasar ngomongnya. Kunci pintu cuma dkasih 1 karena anak-anak sering keluar masuk kamar jadi sering terkunci karena kunci cuma 1 dan dipasang untuk nyalakan listrik. Sarapan ga enak buah semangka kering. Sudah terlanjur bayar 2 malam. Padahal rencana mau tambah 1 malam lagi. Tapi karena pelayanan jelek jadi kapok. Not recommended. Wifi 1 garis ini sama aja ga ada wifi. Bunyi geratan tikus dalam plafon. Udah bayar mahal tapi fasilitas yang di dapat sangat mengecewakan👎.

Every time you go on holiday to Bira Beach, the hotel choice is always here. The rooms are clean and smell good. All staff are friendly.

The place is not as clean as before, the male hotel receptionist is not very welcoming/friendly in his way of receiving guests, there is no smile & his words are a bit harsh, he doesn't want to follow the wishes, wishes & comfort of the guests, but he wants to be followed, for example I ordered 2 rooms that are connected/next to each other in the application, were instead given rooms that were far apart with the stairs going up to the 2nd floor, I complained asking for a room in the row on the left, they said it hadn't been cleaned & it would take a long time before it was finished, even though no one was occupying the room when I got home. The AC was also not cold enough, from the time I arrived at 4 in the afternoon until the evening it didn't feel cold, it was just cool, I complained asking to move rooms, the technician came just checked the remote then left, 30 minutes later I complained again, he said the number of people in the room was too many , exceeded the capacity of 3 people & had to open the room again, even though there were only 3 adults & 2 children in the room. Initially my family and I planned to stay for 2 days, because we felt uncomfortable with the facilities, in the end we decided to just stay for 1 day. With a room price of 900 thousand/night x 2 rooms, it would be better for us to use the money to stay in Makassar with 5 star hotel facilities. It seems like our family has given up!
