The room was very clean and comfortable. The flaw in the room was just that the faucet in the bathroom was a bit broken. After all, the best thing about this hotel was first, the swimming pool was precisely near the lake. I could just sit near the swimming pool and enjoy the view of Lake Toba. It was wonderful. Second, if you want to go to Parapat, you can book a ticket for a boat that is scheduled to go there. The boat parked in front of the hotel's swimming pool. The staff at the receptionist was so informative about this, it was extremely helpful for me. (I would've gone to a farther port if he didn't talk about this). Thanks to him! However, the hotel was quite barren. The hotel was huge, but I could hardly see plants or trees anywhere, so it was pretty uncomfortable to walk or sit around the hotel at midday. Another thing that I disliked about this hotel was that they had a music group that sang songs extremely loudly at the restaurant from around 8 pm-11 pm. My room was near the restaurant, it was quite disturbing for people who wanted to rest after a tiring day, enjoy their dinner at the restaurant, or do online work.

Super comfy, however, they don’t have any telephone in the room. So, its quite difficult to reach the housekeeping if any issues. Again, the hospitality need to be improved. Overall, it was awesome to staycation here. Thanks for the memories. 5-7 Jan 2021

I hate when the hotel has no strict regulation, the customers is very loud singing and karokeing till 10.00pm which is I need to rest early to catch the ferry and theres lots of kiddos nearby our room was crying maybe cause too loud, the reception has no respon about this and ask me to be patient instead of ask them to stop the party in the middle of the hotel location.

When I checked in I added 1 more room with my family, 1 room that was given was not ready or given carelessly. When entering the room, the blanket was dirty with stains, the AC was leaking so that the AC area was flooded and the accuracy of the AC was above the cupboard so that the cupboard was dirty and watery, the soap gel in the bathroom was finished, there were no sandals. Before giving the key, the room should have been ready properly so that it would make the guests who stayed comfortable.

menginap 2 malam di room Deluxe tanpa ada minuman dalam kamar, sabun dan perlengkapan kamar mandi juga tak ada, hanya handuk yang ada.., dilapor sm petugas berkali kali tapi no reapons... kecewa.. masalah kebersihan dan view hotel bolehlah..

Very nice hotel. Be comfortable. For food B only. There are lots of gaming spots here. Starting from jet skis, banana boats. Anyway, it won't be boring staying here. I'll be back soon.
