The staff is not helpful and not friendly at all. Very slow response. During my 4 night stay there, I was asking the cleaning service to clean my room on the 3rd day, he said yes but when I'm back to the hotel, they not cleaning my room. They only provide half used toilet paper since the first time I checked in and never refill it.

Colourful design enlighted the hotel but can't hide the budget class and because we booked last minute we got quite high prize. I climbed stairs to our 3th floor room, it 's OK because I can see it coming by looking at the hotel 's pictures, but a little disappointing the staff didn't seem care to help a lady with her excess baggage. We request non-smoking room, but the room smells smoky. The room quite clean, so is the bathroom.

the place is actually quite comfortable. It's expensive but the version is better. maybe that makes the bed less comfortable. The middle part of the mattress in my room is curved inwards like that and makes my back hurt because I sleep a bit curved. it's usually okay

Only 1 towel was given, you had to ask the staff first. Remote batteries sometimes don't work. The AC in the corner room seems to be integrated with the central AC.

Very friendly service with the help of Mas Imam, I stayed 3 nights at this hotel at a price that I think is very affordable. Advantages: - The Deluxe room is quite spacious for that price. - The AC in the room is cold and there is also an AC in the corridor which I think is very cold. Even in star hotels, the corridors are not that cold. - The hot water functions well all day. - The colorful design of the rooms and corridors makes the atmosphere not boring. Disadvantages: - Pay more attention to cleanliness, especially on the stairs which have not been swept from the first day. - The bathroom floor is very slippery, very dangerous for children and the elderly. - Rooms close to the main road are not soundproof, which is in that area 24 hour non-stop traffic. - For other receptionists to be more friendly to customers.
