well, the room was nice, all the compliment was fine. maybe because of the pandemic, the breakfast only bread, not toast with the filling requested. and it was served to the room. quite near with the street food, because it is near the bus & train station maybe. the security and the staff was nice also. thank you.

Lokasi bagus, dekat mall atau pusat perbelanjaan. Ada staff yang kurang ramah, kamar panas AC tidak dingin, di kamar mandi ada jaring laba-laba, sprei, handuk bantal dll sudah kusam warnanya, lantai berdebu, kunci kamar sempat trouble 2x dan harus menunggu sekitar 20 menit untuk diperbaiki dan tidak ada permintaan maaf dari staff 🥲.

The location is easy to access and near convenient stores that open till 10pm and 24hr restaurant, and in walking distance you can reach the Blok m bus Station and mall surrounding the area. The building doesn't have a parking lot, so you will need to park on the street. I got a room on the 4th Floor and there are elevators available. The building itself is kind of old so I didn't expect much from the sound coming from the crowded street into my room. The AC in the room is cool, fast, TV wide and clear, the hot water stream is nice, the bedsheet is clean enough, some areas like tables weren't wiped from last guest use. I suggest you bring your own towel because it was dirty and smelled like old ones (maybe because it was stored below the ceiling blower). Reception available for 24hrs, overall I enjoyed my stay.

It was great overall for staying for just a night, but there were some concerns with overall cleanliness. The towels still had brown colored stains and the bed sheets also had some stains. The sofa was damaged and had some stains but it was harder to see due to the dark color. There was an electric kettle, but the only way we could use it was to put it on the floor, since the cable was not as long and the nearest outlet was closer to the floor.
