Booked for Ranggawuni room about 10days ago, but when we checked in, the front office said my name is not on the list. So, they upgraded our booking into 1 bedroom villa as a complimentary. The view was great, the room was wide and clean with a fancy bathtub. Thank you Shanaya for making our stay unforgettable.

is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fresh air and nature. cabins were big enough for the two of us and done really nicely. note for some, there is no hot water for showers in the cabins. we loved it and the night life there has plenty to offer.

Ranggawuni is the right choice for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of green forest glamping with 4-star hotel facilities.
the location is easy to reach, the landscape with green grass and well-maintained plants while maintaining the natural beauty and trees that grow naturally.
when we spent the night there, even though it is located in the middle of the forest, there were no mosquitoes.
many kinds of games and swimming pools.
the staff are friendly and helpful.

check in very smooth, there is a welcome drink, there is a shuttle, but it turns out to be close, hehe, the room is as described, Kartanegara 105. playground is okay, there are 5 swimming pools if I'm not mistaken, Overall it is very impressive for a small family with 2 children. breakfast is quite varied, the taste of the food is okay. what is a bit uncomfortable is the smell of the bathroom and the bathtub lid that can't close properly but the problem was solved quickly. check in time was almost an hour. the staff was not ready for the number of guests who came. nice room, clean hotel area with a comfortable swimming pool for families. when checking out waiting for the shuttle car for more than an hour. hopefully the service can be improved again.

The villa is recommended, it's nice, clean, has a natural atmosphere, my family and I are happy, but the transportation to the villa takes a long time and the check-in process takes a long time, so it's tiring to wait. If you walk, the villa is too far away.
