Staying at Shangri-La Hotel for two nights was a great experience. There are luxurious amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent service from the hotel staff. This hotel may have a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from, as well as a fitness center and super wide swimming pool to have fun and unwind with kids & family.

Check in was smooth, all the staff is friendly and caring. Pak Regi, Pak Ari, Pak Ronal, Ms. Audrey, Pak Dimas, Ibu Ambar, is very very helpful and thoughtful. Never Disappointed with this hotel, best service, family friendly. Kids are happy with aquatic playground and room playground activities. Best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed for just a night but treated like a proper VVIP Guest! 5☆ treatment ever since check in until checkout (the receptionist even asked our room and location preference!). All our requests were provided perfectly, the breakfast was awesome, and the facilities were great. It was a joyous staycation! Thanks Shangri-La👍

The hotel is awesome. The room is nice and spacious. It is carpeted so it give a nice warm feeling because the room itself is very cold even after we turn off the aircon. The aqua park and the pool is what my kids love the most. I don't think there's any other hotel has this in jakarta. The satoo restaurant has a great food selection although it's quite pricy. Overall, me and family definitely think we will do another staycation here.

The hotel staff is friendly, but unfortunately for a 5-star hotel there is no welcome drink, it is not shown or delivered to the room. When unloading goods from the car, there is also no staff to help, maybe because it is at the same time as another car in front, so we unloaded the goods ourselves with 2 small children who need to be looked after. But otherwise the other staff are friendly.

It was so much fun to staycation here! Although, when checking in, the queue was really long, but once we entered the room, with all the facilities, okay, it was forgivable hehe. The facilities are really good, the swimming pool is spacious, there is also a children's playground. The kids were so happy playing here, they didn't want to go home and wanted to come back next time. Thank you, Shangri-La Jakarta! 🤍

Shangri-La, although an old hotel, is still very comfortable. Facilities, services, location of the hotel that has easy access in the middle of the city, cleanliness, and Rest Satoe-nya that make you miss to come back to Shangri-La.

It was very memorable staying here, from the arrival all the staff were very friendly, the hotel environment was beautiful, the swimming pool was kids friendly, the breakfast menu was varied and delicious, and the location was very strategic. Overall the best 👍👍

a bit disappointed with the taste of the food during breakfast at Satoo restaurant on the morning of January 1, 2025 .... everything on the buffet tasted SALTY ..... maybe because of the big party ... otherwise the service was good ... friendly .. good staff ... the food in the lounge was better, there was taste and tasty ... that's all, try to improve the taste because this restaurant is one of the famous hotel restaurants in Jakarta .. please pay attention to the quality and check the taste before serving ... hopefully there will be improvements in the future

Lovely place for short getaway.. Staff were nice and friendly .. Club Lounge food can be improved, too simple compared to other hotels and evening cocktail time too short .. Room decor can be improved, feel old and lack of "5 stars feel"

Good and high society. We ordered connecting room, but it was not connecting room. Pool is enough to spend comfortable time. The restaurant Nishimura is not good service, the food was served slowly and the fried rice was bad.

Celebrating 2025 new year’s eve at the hotel. Every aspect at this hotel was flawless. The experience yet is incomparable with others hotels in Jakarta, all of the staffs seems nice, helpful, and have such a great personality. The room was clean, the view from the room was also great, and the bathroom also comforting.

The coolest hot tub in Jakarta, there is an aquatic park, a warm swimming pool for babies, a children's swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a spa, a sauna, a tennis court, a basketball court, an aerobics room, a fitness center, a restaurant with lots and lots of delicious food.
