Love their creativity, I booked for my daughter birthday staycation. And I gave the information just in the morning of my staycation day about this through ig dm. Probably because of the high traffic, they didn't respond so I just thought that they can't prepare the decoration or the decoration need extra charge. But surprisingly when we arrived, the receptionist say hi to my daughter and ask who is having a birthday. She looked so happy and amazed that the hotel staff know about her birthday. They also provided a tepee tent at my room that make this hotel my daughter 's number 1 list hotel. They also have3 a free riding horse, a free rabbit feeding and also a free fish feeding. My daughter gave you not just 5 stars but 10 stars hotel. Love this hotel.

I stay here for 2 nights. The environment is good. the hotel’s crew nice and always do health protocols. Special thank’s for the chef that gift us special menu for our breakfast.

Family staycation for 2 nights during weekdays. Staffs are fast response, helpful. We stay when Ramadhan started, the breakfast menu so satisfying, they not decrease their menu, the variation and portion still same. The pool are great, they checked and maintain everyday.

The services were great, the staffs were friendly and polite. Many outdoor activities to satisfied our children such as feeding the rabbit, riding horse, swimming, playing trampoline etc. The room is clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is great. 5 stars.

It was good, but it could have been better for a hotel of this standard, especially in terms of accessibility for people with disabilities and luggage. The stairs in the lobby make it difficult to carry suitcases and other items.

It's perfect. There's convenience store nearby. The food option outside the hotel is good. The food in the hotel is perfect, our kids eat almost double from their usual portion. There gym is great, although the pool might not that big but it's comfortable. The room is big (fit 2 adult and 2 children easily). Every staff is commendable, from the front desk, cleaner, restaurant even the horse keeper (yes they have a horse). In short, it was really a wonderful stay for us

ROOM: my favorite for a large hotel like this is a terraced room that is on the ground. So it is easy to orientate all the hotel locations while jogging, and drinking coffee on the terrace (not smoking, yes, we are not smokers). For the facilities in the room, it's okay, good in my opinion, worthy of being called 5 stars. The quality of the bed and pillows is good and comfortable, the compliments are also all quite good. shampoo, conditioner, body soap are special.
OUTDOOR FACILITIES: Suitable for children, especially toddlers or at least under 10 years old.
* horse riding with friendly mas
* animal feeding (fish and rabbits), with friendly staff too.
* indoor and outdoor playground.
* activity field, there is minigolf, badminton, mini futsal, basketball, giant snakes and ladders, and other dexterity games.
* a beautiful garden with a beautiful view, the mountains and the upper Dago area are visible from this garden.
All of these activities are closer/easily accessible from the deluxe balcony (terrace) type on the 1st and 2nd floors (the hotel's land type is terraced, so the room terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors are both on the ground, right? Hehe
There is a beautiful and clean jogging track, but in my opinion it's a little bit too wide
BREAKFAST MENU: Very varied, lots of choices, with a pretty good taste, just not special yet. There are also lots of restaurant staff and all are friendly and quick to help guests.
NOTE: For peak season, maybe it could be prepared more thoroughly, so that an incident like what I experienced yesterday doesn't happen again, even though the problem solving was quite fast and good.

Awesome! Every corner is so clean, I like it 😍
The staff are all friendly, every time we meet they are greeted with a smile, no one looks away, they are all very helpful.
When checking in they were also very helpful, thank you Mas Dame, checking out was also very fast without waiting.
The food is all delicious, and there are many variations.

when checking in the room was not ready, waiting quite a long time, even though check in was very late at 16.00, and the room was upgraded to a larger one, but the service there was very friendly, they admitted there was a mistake and replaced the room with a better one and got fruits delivered to the room, the most comfortable hotel and very kids friendly, because there are many children's facilities, I feel like going back again

Always having great time every time staying here. Good place to stay for family with kids. The staff were so kind and friendly. Many free activities for kids. Complaints were respond sprightly and open. Always happy to come back here. Hope they can increase the room soundproofness

Always ok to stay here, only there is no ivory that is not cracked, the room size is spacious, complete amenities, only the blower in the bathroom is not functioning properly, because every time I stay the bathroom is always muddy with stagnant water, the floor does not dry quickly, and the garden area has quite a lot of mosquitoes in the morning, maybe because of the many shady trees, but overall everything is ok
