Clean, big huge space. It has refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water pot. There is laundry machine too next to the door inside the kitchen. Very complete and worth the price. Staff also helpful and friendy, fast respon. Recommended for your holiday needs. Near PIM and gandaria city mall, only 7 minute drive, not far fron gajahmada food street, bakmi lungkee, nasi ulam premium 20k, ronde and bakmi shiang hie. Go to PIK pantjoran only 40 minute drive. Nice swimming pool but in the afternoon is better than morning swim cause kind of windy in the morning and evening, my kids shaking: D

Finally staycation after 1+ year due to pandemic. Stayed for a night in 3 bedroom apartment. Good covid protocols. You need to make a call to use pool and the staff will inform the time slot. Spacious unit, clean, cheap, and everything runs smooth. Will definitely back and I highly recommend this hotel..

As we expected since our last visit, Somerset is a great place to relax and enjoy with my family. The health protocol also greatly apply but didn't overwhelm the guest yet still safe. They applied schedule in advance/per request for the guest to be able to use all facilities for safety reason. Next year, hopefully we can stay @Somerset again. Thank you for all helpful staff member, especially the cleaning lady who already provide us clean sheet and blanket every day, you deserved a raise:)

As usual, always satisfied staycation in here. The room is so clean, the ambience is so cozy, It 's just that the cooking utensils were incomplete, there were no spatulas and scissors when I stayed there. The room is not soundproof enough, because my child still likes to wake up when I laugh from TV room. But overall, it was amazing 😍.

A spacious yet affordable apartment that we always came back to. Always a good place to reunite with close friends or have a family moment. Everything is well provided, kitchen hob, big oven, utensils, fridge are all in good condition. Everything is clean although some space need decoration. Recommended.

Very good experiences to stay at sumerset Berlian. My room was upgraded to 3bedrooms from what I booked for 2bedrooms. Clean, quiet, friendly staffs. Thank you so much.

We rent 3 bedrooms for business matters. We are glad that the room is clean, neat and more than enough. Yes the utilities are old but it's fine to me. And the extra room, toilet for maid and also the laundry room is amazing. This unit is so huge. Very recommended for a family of 5 or 6 people.

This hotel has great facilities, best choice accomodations for family trip in Jakarta. Having some play area for child near the swimming pool. The rest of service was awesome. We will book again on the future trip in Jakarta

It was an old apartment with old furnitures. Everything worked but the AC were all warm. Service from engineering team and housekeeping were great. Overall an OK stay. They need renovation.

Was staying in, on the 4th-5th of November, Room 706. Aircons aren't good enough, only one unit in 2nd room is cool. Found insects in 2nd room, family room, TV room, and kitchen area. Parquet in the master bedroom and single bedroom seems to be replaced. There is a leak in a single room, during heavy rain, we need to put a towel to absorb it. Compared to my latest stay in Somerset Berlian, this was not as good as previously. Hope you can maintain the quality. Thanks.
