like the service, the staff is friendly. fast response. got a room with a leaking AC. so it's not cold enough. the towels are not fragrant enough but clean. the room is comfortable but not soundproof enough. overall ok, recommended

The place and staff are friendly for the disabled who really need wheelchair access. They will help push from the hotel door to the room. The room is comfortable and can access youtube too. The food is also delicious👍🏻. What's more, the hotel is close to the MRT Blok M BCA and Blok M Square, so you don't need to be confused if you want to hunt for food and walk around.

Stayed for 2 nights.
On the AC and TV remote, there were glitter marks (which glowed and flickered). So it was very disturbing, because it was difficult to remove. The marks from the previous guest seemed not cleaned properly. Already reported but still not followed up on day 2
Hot water, on the first day it didn't work, on the second day it worked.
Overall, apart from those 2 items, everything was okay. Btw, when it rained heavily, no sound could be heard from inside the room. good

I stayed for two nights in Jakarta because there was an event in Bintaro and GBK. I chose Sotis Melawai because the location is very close to MRT and easy to find popular culinary around Blok M. I booked an Executive room, but the interior and facilities felt like a Deluxe room or a budget hotel with a rather old building. This is very different from other Sotis hotels, for example in Kemang which are more comfortable, the rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. The breakfast menu is quite varied, although with the price of the room I paid, the choices should be more varied. The advantage is the availability of a modern coffee machine in the room.

I only helped with the booking because my boss was the one staying, from him, everything was quite satisfactory in terms of the room and overall, it's just that the receptionist this morning was not very friendly, the lady didn't look at the person she was talking to and was a bit rude and couldn't help with the check-out of one of my guest rooms who checked out first because the key was unknown or what, there was no initiative to check the related room, but it helped because I contacted the WA admin, thank you, maybe it can be a lesson for the future. Regarding this, I hope it won't be a problem because maybe the lady is tired or has a problem, hopefully in the future she can control her emotions and be more professional, thank you.
