I had a very amazing stay in Swiss-Belhotel Jambi. The room is spacious and clean with complete amenities. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I am sure that I will stay back at this hotel when I come to Jambi someday in the future.

I and my friend stayed for 4 nights on a business trip, we chose deluxe room with twin bed. The building was new, the room was fancy and comfortable. Breakfast was great, there was so many choice of tasty food and drinks and the chef would offer you specialties! We also got free access to the pool and gym. The hotel was next to Gramedia (largest bookstore retail in Indonesia) and was surrounded by several nice restaurants and cafes, and there were also convenience stores nearby. All the staffs were really hospitable, it was such a great experience!

Very comfortable, clean, even hair conditioner is provided, this is a big plus point. It's a shame I didn't buy the one with breakfast, so I don't know what the food was like. But there are lots of places to eat around the hotel.
