Staff when check out is bad. Very unfriendly. No wonderful trip here staycation. Very bad meomories. Closing with penalty fine. In the end. No compromise policy. So tragic.

The room is very large for 2-3 adults and also very comfy. The bed is also very nice and they always clean the room very nicely. The hotel locations is in the middle of city and you can find a lot of souvenir stores around. Nearby to the “Kampung Bintang” so there 's a lot of variety of non-halal foods. If you just want to spend time in hotel area, they have such a cool and great architecture cafe in hotel area with halal local and international food. Also you can got to Cathedral Church that 's only around 5-10 minutes by walking and you can hear the church bell in Sunday morning that make it more pleasant.
