Sfaff is friendly and helpful, but the place is really not worth the price, low maintenance room, minimal amnesties (they don't even provide cup or glass despite they provide water heater).

Booking last minute, and surprised with the quality of services. Not recommended. Explained on pictures attached.

Dirty floor, didn't provide towel or amenities in bathroom and water heater did not working.

Horrible place! Arrived at 3:30am and check-in was straightforward, went straight to shower and there was no hot water at all! We called the room keeper and was told that we needed to wait for 30 minutes. We waited and tried every 10 minutes, but after 2 hours, there is still no hot water at all! Bandung is a cold place, and imagine we have to shower in cold water on top of that. We tried to shower again in the afternoon, and there was hot water this time but it only last for around 5 minutes, so only 1 person can take a really quick shower while the other has to shower in the cold water. Toilet paper is not provided!!! We called and were told there is not provision of toilet paper. Wifi is not free to use and you have to pay extra for it. Tv has no channel at all, when we on it, it is just static. Stove not able to use as you have to pay an extra rp100k per day to use. No pots, pans, plates or cutlers provided. Floor was really filthy and dusty, believe it has not been clean for a long time. No toilet mat was provided, so the room was left with disgusting foot prints as the floors were dirty to being with. We couldn't take it and checked out after 12 hours, even as we have booked a 2 days stay. Tried to request for refund as we did not utilize our 2nd night but our request for refund was rejected. Both my partner and I are seasoned travelers and we found this apartment the most appalling. For the price we paid, we should at least get decent minimal living standards like hot water/toilet paper/wifi. We felt scammed and cheated as the owner is definitely out to squeeze every cent out of each booking. We strongly discourage and will not recommend this place.

An ok place to stay for a family of five. Not so hygiene linens. Stove only available for guests who stay for at least a month. The cooking utensils are not available except dirty old wok (not pqn). For an apartment the room should be full equipped.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean and pretty.

Strategic location. Nice apartment. Good interior. Good furniture. Secure because there was access card. There was no free parking, but I think it's worthy to live in again.
