location in the middle of the city, very convenient to go anywhere, close by.. there are also many restaurants around the hotel, just walk.. during Eid it's very crowded here, maybe it can be reminded for those who smoke in the lobby / lounge area so that they don't smoke inside the hotel.. so provide a smoking room so that it's more comfortable for visitors, especially those who bring children.. because it's quite annoying to go to the elevator passing by people who smoke.. overall the hotel is quite okay

The hotel staff is very nice, friendly and respectful, the food is also good according to taste, the room is clean but there is something lacking, namely that there is no soundproofing in the room, so the sound from outside is a bit disturbing, for example the sound of a chair being dragged, but overall it is very "good".

You should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, and because the restaurant is open 24 hours, please pay attention to visitors who visit during break times (10 pm to dawn) so that they don't make loud noises that can be heard in the room and be very disturbing. The food is really delicious, but the variety of breakfast menu at this price is still very lacking.
