Pengalaman pertama menginap disini, really surprised since they upgraded my room. Its really spacious and very nice room. Thank you for the reception who did it. I forgot the name. But, you need to upgrade the food. The foods are really basic for breakfast. I was expecting too high perhaps. But, really enjoyed the room and the hospitality. Will be back for sure

We stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was great. The staffs was very helpful and professional. They upgrade our room to the biggest room with amazing view for free! When we enter the room we got greetings at the window and cute cake delivered by the manager. We also found some greetings cards that make us feel so special. The room itself was big at the corner so we can see the city from 2 sides, even the bathroom has a city view as well. My son can’t stop for running around, specially when he got a tent and balls. The living room and the kitchen was clean and complete. They also provide utensil, electric stove, microwave and a galons of water. It seems that they pay attention for the details of guest need. so you just bring your luggage there. Thank you for the great service, we will back for sure. You are on my staycation list!

Clean and big room with complete facilities. Very helpful staff and nice breakfast. Just a minute to mrt station. However the security of the building was not good attitude and helpful

Great weekend staycation in this awesome apartment. So near to MRT station and Jalan Sudirman, where you can access CFD area on Sunday morning.

I booked a three-bedrooms apartment and I choosed the room rate with breakfast included. During the stay the hotel only gave complimentary breakfast for one person only. I have explained to the hotel that I booked a three-bedrooms apartment because I bring along 6 people including me to occupy the whole apartment as the guests. It is logical and make senses when 6 people occupy all three-bedrooms accommodation. Logically, the room rate of three-bedrooms apartments including breakfast means the complementary breakfast and the benefits must be for maximum 6 guests. However, after I talk to the hotel and I have also complained to online agent, there was no solution, except they charged me more to pay the breakfasts of other 5 guests as additional charges. This is worse hospitality services I have ever experienced in a hotel in Indonesia. Such a shame that they did not solve this nicely.

Stayed 1 night with family in 2 bedrooms suite deluxe. It was a pleasant experience. The room is spacious with a nice view of Jalan Sudirman and Thamrin in Jakarta. The pool is indoor and clean. The staffs are very helpful.

Thanks for the birthday suprise and also the birthday cake. got a room upgrade also for my birthday surprise from Mayflower. in room dining food is delicious. breakfast is perfect too. the perfect birthday party I had here. 👍
