Awesome experience in this hotel. From check in staffs Marini and Sintia were amazing. Bellboy and security were superb. Cleaning service in room dining. All the staffs including the trainee are very polite. Gojek food to this resort is so easy and convenient to collect. The swimming pool is so fun and kids friendly. Trans may not be international big brand, but I can assure you, the service in this resort is much better than all the other international 5 stars resort that I ve been. My daughter was sick, and the help they offer was great. Thank you trans hotel. Keep it up. You have captured our heart.

This hotel is great... the room is huge and clean. Every room is equipped with jacuzzi outdoor, nice for relaxing time. A great hotel also for family (kids) got a nice swimming pool and kids club as well..

A truly relaxing hotel after spending days in Bali. It's kid-friendly, especially when I brought my 6-month-old baby. The pool is top-notch, with its sandy beach that makes it even more appealing to babies. The staff and service are also friendly. I hope to return someday. Thank you, Trans Resort Bali🙏

I've stayed here several times, only in this hotel the room is cleaned twice a day so if we go out in the morning and afternoon we come back to rest in the afternoon we go out again they clean it again, so when we want to sleep the room is clean again.. all the staff are friendly, access here and there is close

Overall is okay but unsatisfied with that not many outlet plug, quality of amenity, and variety and taste of breakfast(basically no problem but feel shortage if consider price). 1 night was 6M IDR for our villa stay, I want to try other luxury hotels to be honest if this price. Worth 3-4M IDR.

Everything is comfortable, check-in is delivered to the room, the room is clean and luxurious, there is a jacuzzi, a large swimming pool with sand, at some times there are events that can be attended.
