Overall the hotel is really nice, but sometimes you have to call the receptionist first to get hot water even though it's already the time.

Check in with the hotel under repair but the atmosphere is still comfortable and calm, for breakfast there are only choices available by the hotel. Maybe the windows need to be repaired because the room I used still uses nako glass

I have stayed here twice, before when it was still called Sahid Montana Hotel, I booked for 2 days, but I only stayed for 1 day, because the hot water was not working. Now with the name changed to Tuwuh Hotel, the problem is still the same, even though I deliberately chose a room with a reasonable price, but the hot water is still not working. Please Traveloka, reconsider this accommodation, because it is a scam. They promised there would be hot water facilities, when I wanted to book on the application, but in reality there was no hot water. So it was uncomfortable to take a shower. Cold!

The room is comfortable, only the toilet has a split, the water is sometimes small, I stayed here for 3 nights on duty, the TV couldn't be used, the engineering said it was under maintenance, the WiFi was also not optimal

The atmosphere is like an old hotel that has been renovated, the rooms are also in decent condition, some of the rooms are leaking, the AC needs to be replaced because it makes a scaly sound and cannot be turned off, the sitting toilet is also broken for the water, hot water does not come out.

The place is ok strategic to Malang city. The room is clean, there is also a backup toilet. But I didn't end up eating at the hotel, it's a shame the hotel didn't give me a place to exchange food at night. There were no towels at all. There was also no mat in the toilet.

Old hotel, strategic location, got an upgraded room, but when you entered, I'm sorry, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and there was still trash in the trash can that hadn't been picked up, the wifi was sent by a public transportation service, and there weren't many choices for breakfast because it was already 9 o'clock.

Overall everything is okay. The old-time feel is really there. Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable rest, economical and quiet. For the size of 300 thousand, there is a bath tube and hot water, it's okay. Just a suggestion to give each room a mat. Good luck!
