Minus: kamarnya bau apek pake banget, sprei penuh spot-spot dan berjamur udah minta ganti tapi sama aja, air panasnya gak stabil kadang panas kadang dingin, saya gak lihat ada kolam renang. Plus: gak bising suasana banyak pohon, karyawan ramah, kamar mandi bersih. Compare dengan harga:- Kalau harga dibawah 250/malam bisa dibilang worth it. Paling fatal adalah spreinya, dimana kalau mau nginep di hotel tempat tidur harusnya yang paling nyaman, ini malah sebaliknya. Pemutih murah kok, jangan terlalu pelit dan naikin gaji karyawannya untung mereka ramah makanya masih terbantu.

I didn't manage to take the picture but this hotel is superb with that price, we got spacious connecting room for 4 people and 2 babies where the babies can play as they want, clean room, comfortable bed, a bath tub, a swimming pool, spacious parking lot, friendly staff, perfect location. I will definitely return everytime I go to Bandung next year.

Bed linen is so dirty, pillow smells disgusting. I don't think they change the linen from the previous guest. There are so many blood marks on the linen.

You village was a go-to hotel for our family since 2016 until this year. The owner even greeted our family personally because we stayed here numerous times. The fair price we paid back then worth every penny; Wonderful service, clean room albeit modest, ample amenities, among others. When we stayed here last time, the experience changed drastically. We had an awful experience: 1. We requested early check in at 1pm in apps, in which the hotel reception agreed to it D-1. But we had to wait until 2pm because they said the room is not ready. One of the receptionist even dared to ask money if I want to check in early. 2. No hot water. The hotel said the machine is broken and they said they will fix it (it ' s been 24hrs and no update). I requested to change room. 3. They promised me a room for the next day and said it will be ready at 12pm. But they delayed it until 2pm. 4. Fabrics are not in a good condition: towels are worn out and have either holes/stains and smells damp. 5. There were faulty table lamps that did not turn on. 6. No tissues, mug/coffee cups, amenities. Clearly they have staff shortage and/or bad management which makes everything worse. I would give 1/5 only out of respect for the owner and his cat.
