We checked in around 5pm and asked if three of our room can be at the same floor near by each other. It took awhile for them to arrange it bit fortunately we got upgraded room! Shout out to the team, Thanks. But, my room has no mini bar, the tv is not well function and the bathtub is leaking. The other room complaint about the water was not hot, turns out that the tap is backward for the hot and cold water. The pool was not accessible When I was there, but the upgrade room was so freaking huge. The distance to Dreamland beach also 5mins so we generally love it.

The staff is very friendly, but the app says check in at 2, but it turns out it's at 3 at the hotel. It's very comfortable for a staycation and also very enjoyable for a vacation because it's close to Panjang Bagus which is not too crowded.

Worst Nyepi dining experience ever. We were asked to show up for dinner between 5 and 6 PM, getting to the dining room around 5:15ish. To our surprise, the food trays were already empty. Some people had eaten, but many more kept arriving between 5 and even as late as 6:30, only to find little to no food available. Each tray came out about every 15-20 minutes, but with so many people waiting, the food disappeared in under 5 minutes. This insane situation left a lot of guests disappointed and hungry. Mind you, it was Nyepi, the hotel should've known that guests had no other food options and planned accordingly. The worst part is, the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, yet they still charged us 100k IDR per person!? Even though there was barely any food and they know it. In the end, we managed to get a plate of bihun, some cap cay, and a bit of chicken, after just waiting around from 5ish to 6:30. Paying 100k for that is just ridiculous. I asked for a refund, and it's been two days without any solution. Hands down, the worst nyepi dining experience I've ever had. Won't ever stay here ever again.

got a very good promo price with the facilities available, the room is spacious and the bed is wide so it is comfortable to sleep.. the location of the hotel is far from the crowd so it is comfortable and quiet. the location of the hotel is close to Dreamland beach and Balangan beach

The floor of the room is full of dust, there is no refrigerator, the furniture is dull, there are no electrical sockets on the left or right sides of the bed, the room is spacious, but the rest is really lacking, there are no sandals even though the floor is really dusty

For that price, this room is really big, the bed can accommodate 3 people and is still spacious.
There is a sofa, a large balcony, the bathroom has a bathtub and for showering and toilets are separate again..
Don't forget to go to the rooftop, it's a nice place to see the sunset too..
Close to Dreamland and Balangan beaches..

good service, luxurious interior, spacious and luxurious, just creepy for the yellow room lights and the balcony has no lights. for the water heater it is hot and cold by itself even though it is not turned on

The room is spacious but unfortunately the facilities are minimal. There is no swimming pool, during low season like now breakfast at the hotel is made a la carte not buffet like in general, hairdryer must be asked to the staff and it takes a long time, there is no telephone in the room, no hotel slippers, no plugs on the bed, TV only broadcasts local and not smart TV, overall it is enough just for sleeping nothing more. Don't expect / be fooled by the appearance of the display photos. The furniture in the room is also rusty, the door hinges are loose, in the bathroom there is no shampoo & soap stand so put it on the floor, the wooden sofa is starting to peel, the shower head handle and frame are rusty.
