Second time staying here, this time taking the family room. The bathroom looks cleaner. The room is more spacious because there is 1 queen bed and a single bed Only the bathroom faucet is big and small, inconsistent. If it's just for resting, it's very adequate. The room position is above so the wifi is smooth

During my stay at this hotel, I had an amazing experience thanks to the excellent service provided. One aspect that I really appreciated was the flexibility of housekeeping time. As someone who prefers to relax in the morning and only start activities outside the hotel in the afternoon, I felt very helped by this policy. The hotel staff were happy to adjust their schedules and were willing to clean my room in the afternoon, giving me the comfort and freedom to enjoy my morning without being disturbed. The cleanliness of the hotel room is also commendable. Every corner of the room is well maintained, and the good soundproofing ensures that I can rest peacefully without being disturbed by outside noise. The presence of Android TV in the room is a pleasant added value, allowing me to enjoy various entertainment easily. This really makes my rest time more enjoyable and satisfying. In addition, the lounge facilities in the hotel lobby are my favorite place to relax. With the TV and musical instruments, I and other guests can enjoy time together, sing, and share happiness. This creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere, making my stay even more memorable. The hotel also has an interesting partnership with Soto Ahri, giving guests the chance to sample Soto Ahri at an affordable price. This is one of the advantages that made me feel like I got more value during my stay here. The opportunity to enjoy delicious local cuisine without having to leave the hotel is an experience that I really appreciate. Overall, this hotel provides an amazing stay experience with friendly service, complete facilities, and various conveniences that make me feel very appreciated as a guest. third time staying here, very nice, simple, clean

Yesterday was the second time I stayed. Took 2 rooms next to each other. But in my room the smell was not good. I even bought air freshener. I sprayed it several times. The smell came from the bathroom or the smelly room. Another bathroom next to each other could be heard so if it was next door or in the bathroom it could be heard. Maybe the holes could be closed. The taste of the soto was not good to my tongue. Moreover, the price was quite expensive

For those who want to travel to Garut alone, even though the room size is not too big but for the cleanliness of the environment is comfortable, this hotel is the right choice as a place to rest, with very affordable prices around the hotel there are also many places to eat with cheap prices.

The room, although not too big, is comfortable and clean, complete facilities, cold AC. The staff is very friendly, we happened to get free breakfast and the food was delicious. Highly recommended for those who stop by in Garut city.

For the Standard Room, the room is a bit small like a boarding house, but it is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the location is in the city center, the wifi is smooth, the toilet is quite spacious, the TV and AC work well, and most importantly, it is clean.

Narrow vehicle parking and minimal information

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Because other hotels were fully booked, finally the choice fell on Urbanview Syariah Utami after seeing reviews from other Traveloka users even though the reviews were still minimal Room 108 that we occupied, 107 for my sister's family Overall ok for staying. Clean, comfortable, the room is not that spacious but enough to put suitcases There is a prayer room above if the room is not adequate for praying (room position 107) This hotel is a kind of boarding house or guest house, located on the side of the road & not soundproof When I stayed, the hotel was quite crowded because it was a holiday. The lack of parking space is only enough for 5 cars
