Plus minus with the hotel, but more plus. Minus: - No toothbrush & toothpaste. - Toilet is narrower. - Paid parking 25k/day. - Check in at 15. - No coffee, tea and sugar provided. - No room slippers. - No breakfast option. Plus: - Super complete room facilities; refrigerator, hair dryer, dispenser (hot and cold), microwave, electric stove and cooker hood. Eating utensils such as pans, plates, bowls and glasses and spoons are complete, it is rare for a hotel to provide all of them except for villas and the price is definitely expensive. - For the size of an apartment, this room is really clean, towels, sheets, pillows, and the mattress is queen size and there is a pull-out blanket, so it is suitable for families with children, but there is only 1 pull-out blanket, so if there are 2 children, they can fight over the blanket. - Check in and out are very clear, just wait for instructions so you don't need to meet for reservations, at most meet the front office for parking issues. - The best thing is the fast wifi because of the room, and you can enjoy Netflix and YouTube, wow, it really makes you feel at home. For other facilities, it's similar to a hotel, but the price is cheaper than a hotel, because there's no room service and no telephone in the room. Next time I go to Bandung, I want to try another room, and another apartment in Ciumbuleuit and Setiabudi.

It's not strange to stay here, because it's always made nice, comfortable, with the same room theme. Yesterday I tried the Myeongdong theme, very girly. It's very spacious!! Clean, facilities are okay

The room was clean, fragrant, the CS was quick to come and serve us at night... the hot water was on... the minus was that the dispenser was a bit dirty... but the room was very spacious.

Our family's experience staying at you're at Amsterdam was very pleasant, the room was clean, the toilet was clean, complete, there was a refrigerator, Magicom, dispenser, stove, cutlery, AC, everything worked well, the wifi was fast, there was a TV with Netflix, just watch it, it made me feel at home. Next I want to try another unit ......

It turns out I often pass by here but only now I try to stay overnight. Close to Pasteur & even though it is on a busy road, the room is still quiet and not noisy. Just checked in at around 22.00. Didn't meet any staff at all, everything was guided via WA. There were four of us adults in Austin's room. It's not as beautiful as the photos but it's clean and comfortable. I wanted to cook, there was an electric stove & rice cooker, but there were no plates & only 1 pan (can't be used for boiling), so I didn't do it. There's only 1 AC but it's cold enough. There are 2 tables for work. The towels aren't very white but they smell clean. The sheets are also clean. There are lots of lights, I think I can do a podcast/live too hahaha. We only stayed one night, so we only needed a place to rest. Still want to stay here again, try another theme later. Thx ya Your

Paid parking is 25 thousand per car per day. 2 days 50 thousand etc. Whereas if the management abuse is only 100 thousand per month. It's not a full service though. Yes, it reduces the satisfaction star. Check in is very stiff at 3. Can't be earlier. Check out at 12. The toilet is very small and narrow. The pot is chipped and not suitable for cooking for children. Apart from that, everything is okay. The bed is big enough to fit 7 people. The shower is very slow, taking a long shower.

parking is not free per car charged 25 thousand per day. if staying 2 days pay 50 thousand. I asked the security guard if youreat subscription parking is only 160 thousand per month. in my opinion youre at should provide free parking facilities considering we have spent millions to rent. it's a bit disappointing. the cooking utensils panvinua gonpel are not suitable for use. chose the apt because I thought I could cook but the pan is not suitable for use. the bathroom also has a very small water dispenser. and there were mosquito larvae wriggling at the bottom of the toilet. there are red ants sliwar sliwer in the children's bedroom. overall 2 stars. the most disappointing thing is that you still have to pay for parking. the apt is very very old, it's just been renovated. the toilet is super narrow and small
