Not sure about Eco Friendliness- nothing was advertised as so. Fantastic facilities in the room and lovely staff, breakfast was really tasty. Benny was an absolute delight to deal with. I'm just sorry I didnt have enough time to use the swimming pool etc

Superbly furnished Hotel, very smart and with some lovely touches. Just off the hustle and bustle of the city centre in a recently redeveloped part of the city, 5 mins walk to the nearest Lias stop and probably about 20mins walk to the centre. Meal was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.

Smashing hotel. Stayed in super warehouse which had everything we needed, comfy bed and lovely shower. Bedroom great, we were able to resist the ‘mini bar’. Really nice touches from staff, as they knew we were celebrating. We ate in the Elephant and Castle’ which was much nicer than I was expecting, and reasonably priced, superb wings. The Bottle Boy was busy and a great atmosphere, a nice pre and post gig drink or three. Breakfast in Rayleigh’s was ok. A very decent cup coffee not always guaranteed in restaurants. I didn’t quite get the white pudding I was craving but that was a tiny blip on an otherwise amazing stay in a hotel that I’d definitely stay in again and recommend to others.

Nice hotel, very nice lobby and common areas. Rooms are small but comfortable and stylish. Only issue I had was while the minibar was a well stocked beautiful SMEG fridge there was no price list for its contents or the other snacks available, not something that would put me off staying there again but would be nice to see the next time I stay. There is also construction going on next to the hotel, so it was a little noisy.

Spot on. Love the lobby, love the rooms, love that they have a barista up front who knows what they’re doing and two great spots for a quick bite or an elaborate brunch/dinner. Location is well connected via public transport, but if you want to walk to the center it’ll take you a good 30 minutes or so.

I stayed at both the Dean and the Mayson. I spent more on my stay at the Mayson but was treated better when I stayed at the Dean. Will not be choosing to return to the Mayson. We loved the Dean.

hotel location is ideal for 3arena or the convention centre. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the lift malfunctioned while we were using it and we were stuck in it for 15-20 mins. When it was fixed, none of the staff offered anything for the inconvenience. Even a token drink from the bar would have been welcome or something of that ilk.

Only 5 parking spots. Didn’t tell you ahead of time that you have to pay for parking. Parking directions were not clear. Ate at the restaurant on site, Ryleigh. It was okay but I’d recommend you find somewhere cheaper.

Great hotel, fantastic spa and gym facilities. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. It is slightly out of the centre, but a nice walk along the river (around 30 mins).

Gorgeous cute hotel in a great area down by the 3arena. Very cool decor but with that warm cosy feel too. Our room was small enough but very comfortable, clean and with a lovely bathroom and a nice rainfall shower. The little balcony off the room is also a welcome addition to the room size! We had dinner in Ryleighs rooftop (make sure to book a table) which was lovely! Our table was out on the terrace which is covered over and has heaters.. nice to see all the city lights while dining! We also spent time in the spa area. The pool is very small, more like a very large jacuzzi but it's very warm and a nice place to chill and relax. There's also a lovely sauna, steam room and a great gym! The lobby area is very stylish and there's a nice bar and restaurant on the ground floor too. Staff were all very pleasant! We would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to return!
