Nice place to stay, tucked in a side street out of the hustle and bustle but very convenient to walk to attractions. Plenty of dining options available and shopping strip just around the corner. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The temperature of heater system would not change above a certain degree! Limited heat in winter! There was no mirror in the room, only in bathroom! The best about the hotel; it is in walking distance to many locations.

It was a nice and renovated room but the room was smaller than the pictures. The room was very small even for one person and the security box was never fixed, the technician was not helpful and didn’t speak English, Spanish or French. I was traveling solo and i wanted to shower at night and in the morning so i requested 2 towels, but it seems that the have trouble to provide more than one towels per day, however manage the get an additional towel talking with the front desk.
Ornela was very nice and welcoming and received me with a wonderful smile! The greatest thing of the hotel is the location! Very close to the train station, super convenient if you arrive to Florence by train.

Rooms and Bathrooms were small (much smaller than the description in Expedia). But they hotel accommodated us when we asked to move to a larger room. It wss slightly larger, but it made a difference.

How is this hotel a 4 star hotel? It’s out of my understanding. Place was kept at minimal maintenance and the girl in reception was not even welcoming or nice. Rooms looked like a dorm room, there was barely space to open one luggage on the floor. Shower was not clean at all, mosquitos in the room everywhere too and you can even see mosquitos smashed on the walls. It’s not bad if this was a budget hotel, but for 200 euros a night and a 4 star ratin, I just dont see it.
The place was 3 min walk from the train station.

The property is dated. The bed was comfortable and the air was ice cold but it was hard to sleep because you could hear everything through the paper thin walls. We had a room in the main street side and heard every conversation at street level.

A budget hotel does not have to be awful. The walls of the rooms were paper thin. Next door’s baby cried a lot at night & we heard it all.
The bathroom was a good size but the shower was tiny. Breakfast was very poor quality . We skipped after day 1. The common parts were very shabby. Never again.

Terrible service. Electronic went out 4 times in 24 hours. Did not get the room we booked. Was given rooms with not enough beds.
