This is the second time I have stayed there. Aside from the excellent location (central and close to metro stops), the biggest benefit is the front desk concierge which is present well into the evening hours and available by phone overnight. The room was basic (as are most hotel rooms in central Rome) but it was clean and had everything I needed--such as a comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a shower. The only thing they need to work on is in-room coffee service. They did have a coffee machine with pods, but the pods they provided were decaf. It's definitely not a deal-breaker, but important for those of us that need coffee in order to get going in the morning (especially with jet lag).

Coffee service Outlet not working. Shower had leak from ceiling light. Bedside light not working. Refrigerator was plugged into wrong outlet. Ruined what we bought. Pillows mushy. Never rec’d the wine or room upgrade. We reported to front desk about issues. They were never addressed.

Location, location, location! Boutique Centrale Palace was centrally located on a safe and clean street next to all the action off Via del Corso with plenty of shopping, dining, and of course all the nearby major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain within walking distance! The rooms are recently renovated and looked clean and modern. We utilized the airport shuttle service transfer from Rome Fiumicino Airport to the hotel property which went smoothly (we used WhatsApp to maintain communication with both the hotel staff and our specific driver who provided pick-up location details). Overall, couldn't recommend this property more if you what you're looking for is to be conveniently located next to all of Rome's sightseeing attractions in a safe area!

This a small boutique hotel, do not expect anything else. The location is amazing!!!! There is no bar, restaurant or dining area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a half block. Our Jr. suite was great and the maid service spectacular. We would stay there again if were return to Roma

We loved our stay in Rome here! The rooms are recently renovated and look great, and there is not much of a lobby but I didn’t really mind. The room was a decent size with high ceilings which made it feel bigger. Really nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and also had a mini fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful, let us store our luggage for a few hours after check out. Location was perfect, very walkable to all the major attractions, but still far away enough that it is quiet (near the shopping area). Overall was amazing and I was very happy with this hotel!
