The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. It is the property’s policy that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents or legal guardians must provide proof of this relationship in order to check-in. Other adults traveling with children must present a notarized permission document from a parent or guardian with supporting photo ID. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
