Eco del Mare Night and Day Beach Club

When we drove up to the hotel we noticed a small group of people gathered at a look out point on the side of the road, what they were looking at was a spectacular hidden cove below. We then realized that was Eco del Mare. We had a wonderful stay here, the location and service is incredible. The rooms are beachfront and the dramatic views of the cliffs falling into sea are spectacular. We spent most of our time on the beach laying on large pillows while being served drinks. This is a perfect place for couples. We are not normally beach bums but to leave the property or even close the curtains in your room seems like a crime. Very attentive and kind staff, all though there was a little language barrier our kind server always did his best to explain the menu. Speaking of the menu, the chef is incredible, we had the best meals of our trip here. Fresh seafood, amazing pasta and deserts to die for. If you want to feel like you are staying at a private beachfront villa with a full staff and personal chef this is the right place for you! We did visit in April while only two other couples were staying and were often alone on the beach so maybe in the summer it is a bit more crowded, but I would have enjoyed it just as much! This is a hidden gem on the italian riviera! Well worth the money.
