The hotel is withing walking distance to City center and train station. The area looks older but it is very safe closed to restaurants, the river and the train station.
Hotel has an excellent breakfast which as I was told "always included in your room rate". Staff was great! very helpful and pleasant.

I don’t get it how people can report such negative experiences when my experience is exactly the opposite. It is our duty to obviously report honest opinions so people following us can benefit from it. Only thing to warn may be is that shower doesn’t have a curtain and the half glass partition cannot contain water in so while bathroom floor gets wet, that’s it. This ironing equipment was definitely a great amenity. Thanks

A very smooth check in, extremely attentive staff throughout our stay, who were keen to please. My first time in this hotel, I'm looking forward to staying here again.

This is not a four star property. It looks very dated and tired.
Checkout staff was nice, checkin staff were a bit dismissive and unfriendly.
Bar staff and breakfast staff were indeed friendly and lovely but the breakfast was almost inedible. Breakfast food had no taste.
Room was decent size but the cleaners didn't bother to tidy it up, forgetting to even top up the toilet paper. I had to ring reception for it.
It is not good value for money. Only positive thing about it is the location (although lots of dodgy people around after hours). It's close to the train station and within walking distance to the main attractions.
I would avoid.

It was very easy to check in. Everyone was very helpful. They gave our kids coloring books and other books. They also packed us a breakfast bag for our very early flight the next day.
The worst part was our bathroom. The toilet didn't flush at all. We had the come and fix it. Someone came pushed some buttons and never returned. The shower head kept falling down.
The room was nice but the bathroom was in shambles.
